Cancellation Policy – Sckore

At Sckore, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. This type of policy is commonly used by ecommerce stores and aligns with Shopify's order processing practices.

Prepaid Orders

  • For prepaid orders cancelled within the eligible cancellation period, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before shipment without any cancellation charges.
  • Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders that have already been shipped.
  • Special promotional, clearance, or final-sale products.
  • Personalized or customized products (if applicable).
